感染拡大防止措置を図るための地域について（第４報）<o:p></o:p>

新型インフルエンザ対策に多大なるご尽力をいただいております。<o:p></o:p>
国の新型インフルエンザ対策本部が平成21年5月1日に決定した「基本的対処方針」について、5月16日、新型インフルエンザ対策本部幹事会において、国の関係省庁間の「確認事項」として、自治体、医療機関、事業者や関係団体と連携・協力し、国民の協力を得て講ずる措置について確認いたしました。<o:p></o:p>
その「確認事項」の「三」においては、「地域や職場における感染拡大を防止するため、患者や濃厚接触者が活動した地域等において次の措置を講ずる」としております。ここでの「地域等」とは、これまでの疫学的状況や学区等の区域を踏まえ、当面、次の通りといたしますのでご了知ください。なお、今後の状況に応じて、この「地域等」の範囲は随時変更することも考えられますので、併せてご了知ください。<o:p></o:p>
なお、三の（一）（積極的疫学調査）については、この区域に限られることなく患者及びその接触者の行動等を踏まえて必要に応じて拡大して調査を実施する場合があることに留意してください。<o:p></o:p>
（「患者や濃厚接触者が活動した地域等」の範囲）（５月１８日２：００現在）<o:p></o:p>
兵庫県神戸市（東灘区、灘区、中央区、兵庫区、長田区、北区の区域に限る）、兵庫県芦屋市の全域、<o:p></o:p>
大阪府豊中市の全域、大阪府池田市の全域、大阪府吹田市の全域、大阪府高槻市の全域、大阪府茨木市の全域、大阪府八尾市の全域、大阪府箕面市の全域、大阪府三島郡島本町の全域、<o:p></o:p>
また、特に中学校及び高等学校の在校生に新型インフルエンザの感染者が増加している状況に鑑み、広めの地域で中学校及び高等学校の臨時休業を要請することが適当と考えられることから、中学校及び高等学校の臨時休業の要請に限り、「患者や濃厚接触者が活動した地域等」の範囲を兵庫県の全域、大阪府の全域とします。
