  • FluTrackers Policy on Bashing

As many of you know we have not allowed bashing here since the inception of FluTrackers in February 2006.

While our record is not perfect and we make mistakes, we have a very consistent record on this issue that goes back years.

To maintain the supportive emotional climate here we moderate the site. Some do not appreciate that we are a moderated site and there are other sites on the internet that are better suited for these persons.

We want to reach the most people. No one wants to read rants and/or demeaning comments.

People want pertinent information that will lead to improving and saving lives.

Please do not bash or rant here. We will remove those comments.

Find information that will help people. Information on the virus..... Who is being affected..... What can be done to help people......

    We have a legacy here.

A legacy of kindness, compassion, sharing.

Please join us in this spirit.

The spirit that says everyday as the day begins -

How can I make things better day than yesterday?

    Thank you everyone for participating!

    Re: FluTrackers Policy on Bashing

Yes, bashing is an unwelcomed behaviour.

    Because we need answers.

Because we need our beloved protections.

Because we have to pass two or three months when for some the sky could seem to fall.

It is a revealing time, this, for all of us.

Several millions of humans passed through hard times in the past century, in Europe, America and elsewhere, when mass casualties events materialized.

    Natural or man-made.

    We need answers and honesty.

There is a subtle line between a painful response, a rant, and a call for answers, when our beloved are passing through difficult moments.

    We need also sympathy.

I hope all of us will try to make sense to all this pain.
