Durango .- La Secretar?a de Salud de Durango 10 confirmed cases and 11 in the state of human influenza AH1N1.

They are located in the capital of Durango, which are in a child of 10 years and an adult male of 47 and that is why health authorities recommend not lower our guard or to terminate the emergency epidemiological around the human influenza virus .

"Not yet passed the contingency and the most striking example is that cases were still positive in this condition," noted the Health Ministry through its official spokesman, Jaime Lopez.

Both patients are completely asymptomatic with good health and incorporated into your normal activities and are no longer considered as potential sources of infection.

Jaime Lopez, acknowledged the ongoing work in the areas of prevention and health as the body of epidemiologists and epidemiologists who are persevering work 24 hours from the day he was declared an alert throughout the country.

How lucky this prevalence is that there are no deaths caused directly attributable to this virus in Durango.

The pathological behavior of these two new cases with a total of 11 positive detections, 10 of the entity and one of the neighboring state of Coahuila,
is highly favorable in its period of crisis, because there have been aggressive schedules high fever over 38 ? or intense discomfort, only reactions associated with a common flu and some have overcome their drug problem.

Thus it appears that the immune system of all the 11 cases recorded so far, is well fortified and the situation has been exceeded in a natural manner and in excellent condition self limiting fortunately.

With regard to family contacts, and often living with both patients are now being tracked by medical personnel and that includes a series of interviews to learn about their health status and if required to take vital signs and a quick sample human influenza and in all cases, fortunately, has proved negative.

It was recognized that the fact that all the mechanisms of prevention are also useful for contingency operations that will continue in key strategic points and for the prevention and early detection of suspected cases, in this way to provide appropriate care and timely addition to phase control this type of virus that usually from one ill person to a healthy one.

The department emphasized that both patients are completely asymptomatic and incorporated into their normal activities, and it ceased to be potential routes of infection.

Either way the investigations are conducted as part of the fence to detect epidemiological most people are infected, for the moment there are no records that the circles close to these two patients are infected.

                STILL THE ANALYSIS
Patricia Herrera Gutierrez, secretary of Health in the state, said that the April 18, when the epidemiological alert in the country, the date was sent to INDRE a total of 886 samples, 498 of them were negative to the virus AH1N1 and 350 positive for the common seasonal influenza. Even Australia already has 51 thousand infected and Japan reported 410. In Europe, the United Kingdom is the country with over 517 confirmed cases to the patients, followed by Spain with 291.

Patricia Herrera Gutierrez, Secretary of Health of Durango, said that in cases where there is any contingency, which will inform the authorities immediately of the situation to the general public.

The official considered as the behavior of positive cases of human influenza last week, when patients were confirmed in the municipalities of Mezquital and Nuevo Ideal, the epidemiological picture is expected to continue to present cases in the same proportion that have been manifesting.

Despite the prominent figure of the 23 infected in the state of Durango, according to Herrera Guti?rrez, is that any entity, there have been no deaths directly attributable to the virus AH1N1.

Either way, the appearance of a second infected in the municipality of Mezquital obliges health authorities to exercise extreme care to avoid an exponential spread in communities.

Also the patient of 30 years, the first death, was addicted to crack and this made a call for a thorough analysis of that while they are healthy before Influenza is not going to have problems. "

"All we have are really the suspects, we will send to the laboratory of the Indre. Unlike Durango Coahuila state has a laboratory for testing. So far, we have sent more than a thousand samples of suspects, so we had a 10 percent confirmation.

Since the index for August submitted 14 infections.

The behavior in the first fortnight of September showed a tendency of two cases per day on average and there were already 71 patients, but from day 17, ten cases were confirmed, he began a surge in incidence in the morbidity reached its peak on the 25th, when the Ministry of Health reported 15 cases and early death from pneumonia that was complicated by human influenza.

Statistics reveal that for every 100 thousand inhabitants, there are 0.12 infections in the state, the comparison shows that of the 220 cases so far, 111 were women and 109 men. 127 cases concentrated Durango, Gomez Palacio, 58; Lerdo 18; Canatlan and San Dimas six; Mezquital three, while New Ideal and Santiago Papasquiaro only one.
