Ukrainian winter were covered with ice
According to the analytical center "UkrAgroConsult" in Ukraine, more than 400 thousand hectares of winter crops is under the ice crust.
As of February 11, more than 45% of crops were in good condition (more than 4 million hectares).
Доля озимых в удовлетворительном состоянии достигала 3,8 млн. га (больше 44%), слабые и изреженные озимые - примерно 10% площадей (0,88 млн. га).
The share of winter in a satisfactory condition reached 3.8 million hectares (more than 44%), weak and sparse winter - about 10% of the area (0.88 million hectares).
