Russia lifted restrictions on imports of Ukrainian animal products
Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision of Russia from July 1, abolished the temporary restrictions on imports from Ukraine to Russia for all types of livestock products, including live birds, hatching eggs, poultry meat and all kinds of poultry products, animal feed and feed additives for poultry as well as used equipment for keeping and slaughtering birds.
According to the press service Rosselkhoznadzor, while supplies both raw and finished products of animal origin from Ukraine to the Russian Federation should be carried out by certified Rosselkhoznadzor Ukrainian enterprises.
Thus, expire guidance Rosselkhoznadzor dated 5 December 2005 and on January 18, 2006 years on the restrictions on the import of livestock products to Russia from Ukraine.
