Wyoming records 1st 2010 West Nile virus case

The state Department of Health reported the case Tuesday.

An Albany County man has been confirmed as the second human to be infected with West Nile virus in Wyoming.
The Wyoming Department of Health has reported an Albany County man is infected with West Nile virus based on laboratory results that came in from a local health care provider Friday and tested positive, Health Department spokeswoman Kim Deti said.
