Thousands of seabirds dead after suspected oil dump from rogue tanker

Almost 200 birds ? mostly guillemots ? were washed ashore and found covered in a sticky Vaseline-like substance. It is feared thousands more could be floating in the sea, unable to feed because their feathers and wings have become stuck together by the waxy oil...
