The infant Vaccine Escape case from Sorocaba [EPI484739] is instructive with an aggregation of two very dangerous genetic revisions HA 46R and HA 190G.

The HA 46R is also found on a US case from Delaware in August 2013 having several avian-type polymorphisms transmitting thru tropical nations with H7N9 correlation on a CrossClade background.
