The Bali Health Agency has urged the public to clean mosquito breeding locations to prevent the spread of dengue fever, which had already infected 700 people in January.
The agency told the public to remain cautious over the spread of the disease, saying that the peak of infections would come between April and May, during the change of seasons.
The number of cases in January was higher than last year?s monthly average of 550 cases.
During January, Buleleng had the highest number of people with dengue, with 245 new cases. Badung had 179 cases, while Gianyar had 72 and Denpasar 70...
