    Can you interpret this for me. Does this mean that 521 individuals do not have serious complication and that 473 are being treated at hospitals or medical facilities?

      Al, I have never understood that. Sorry. That's why I bold the whole thing...to cover all bases.

      I tend to look at it as ....473 are still hospitalized.
