they are talking about the virus evolving or Evolution (تطور) or developing and nobody knows whats going to happen. I will find out what the other word ( تطورا ) is for sure, i think it may have this meaning ( becoming sophisticated) in the context of this virus.

what i posted above on the translation is correct in context and meaning.

this article is from the government news service "we have no past information on flues in egypt in the context of a data base". I'm positive this is a semi true statement, as very recently none out the outlaying facilities where attached to the ministry of health via its cyber network,and flu was treated just a case of flu. except when the word bird was mentioned during the initial hospital screening then data was collected for that case.

the very last paragraph mutation is mentioned again and relates to post number one above.
