                I'm not sure why the changed the reporting method but any way this report is for the same date as the previous one. looks like they are resetting the clock for some reason.

                the old 2009 cumulative confirmed total cases prior to October 24th 2010 was 16,373 with 281 deaths recorded.

                total cases currently 17036 with 319 total deaths

                this report indicates 663 new cases from October of 2010 with 38 deaths
