      Note that Shaaban Abdel-Latif honor, the young woman reported in this thread, is case #146 of WHO confirmed H5N1 cases in Egypt (link). WHO has also confirmed another case (#149) from Menoufia at the same link. That teenager may or may not be the one also reported in this thread.

      The two WHO reported cases from Menoufia Governorate today are the only announced cases that may constitute a cluster.

              Thanks Giuseppe. Obviously there is a problem in Menoufia so I made a copy of the FAO post for this thread.

              My guess is that the 3 year old has been confirmed as positive but we have no details on this.
