Above 10 yrs22 No sample is collected for testing. 1.. The MOBPHC ic Dhemaji BPHC has visited both the villages affected along with DSODIO,Dhemaji & SMO NPSP,Tezpur on 09.02.12. 2. House to house survey for new and old cases(of last three months advised to the health workers) is done. 3. Symptomatic treatment is being provided to the patients. Vitamin A supplementation is started on 09.02.12 Investigation Open No new case is detected.All the patients have improved.

Fever with rashes (Suspected-Measles) Village-Ramvasa, Sub center-Ninora, Block-Tajpur, Ujjain 12 0 15/02/2012 2012-02-23 15:41:04 1146 Epidemiologist and MO with health workers visited on 15212 and started detailed investigation and found cases of fever with history of cough, coryza and rashes were being noticed by parents since last 15 days. Team prepared line listing of all 12 cases. Result Awaited (Blood Serum,3,GMC Bhopal) All pts seen by medical team and given necessary medicines(amoxicillin,paracetamol,Becomplex). Instructed to health worker to keep continuous watch over the situation and report inform daily. Investigation Open Nandini Do Kalu 8 months & Amit So Sajjan 12 years are unimmunised for measles vaccine. Village-Ramvasa requires special investigation from higher level regarding the repetition of measles cases inspite of measles vaccination. Previous measles outbreak was on 2.3.11, when SMO NPSP also visited the village on 14.3.11.

BHOPAL: With the advent of summer season, measles cases in the city have hit a yearly high. Fifty children were administered care after the disease was reported from Nalkheda village in Berasia here on Saturday.

According to district chief medical and health officer (CMHO) Dr Pankaj Shulka, "About 50 children are suffering from measles in the village and emergency team has been formed to tackle the outbreak of the disease." Health officials collected blood samples from the nearby areas after the CHMO visited the village on Saturday. However, according to the health workers, cases of measles were not severe among the children as they were previously immunised...

A five-year-old girl has died of a mysterious fever while 17 other children have been admitted to hospitals in Modinagar area of this district.
The patients are showing symptoms of viral fever with red scar on bodies, government doctors said.
Following the death of the five-year-old girl at Kidwai Nagar area in Modinagar on Friday, a team of doctors from Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Hospital visited hospitals in the district and examined the patients.
