      • Nucleic acids of the notifiable avian influenza (NAI) virus were detected on a duck farm during active surveillance by RT-PCR test.
      • Movement restriction was implemented on the infected farm.
      • The ducks were normal without clinical signs.
      • The result of virus isolation was negative and HA0 cleavage site sequencing test demonstrated H5N2 subtype of LPAI.
      • Clinical and epidemiological investigation of surrounding poultry farms was conducted.
      • No other case or evidence of infection was detected.
