- Nucleic acids of the notifiable avian influenza (NAI) virus were detected on a duck farm during active surveillance by RT-PCR test.
- Movement restriction was implemented on the infected farm.
- The ducks were normal without clinical signs.
- The result of virus isolation was negative and HA0 cleavage site sequencing test demonstrated H5N2 subtype of LPAI.
- Clinical and epidemiological investigation of surrounding poultry farms was conducted.
- No other case or evidence of infection was detected.
