كشف الدكتور يوسف ممدوح رئيس الإدارة المركزية للحجر البيطرى، أن أسواق اللحوم المصرية تشهد حاليا انخفاضا رهيبا فى حجم الاستهلاك المحلى بنسبة تجاوزت 35 %، إضافة إلى انخفاض نسبة الاستيراد من الخارج.

وأرجع ممدوح انخفاض نسب الاستيراد والاستهلاك إلى الخوف الشديد من المواطنين من خلط اللحوم بلحوم الخنازير، إضافة إلى الارتفاع غير المبرر فى الأسعار.
وأضاف د.يوسف فى تصريحاته لليوم السابع أن مصر كانت تستورد ما بين 220 إلى 250 ألف طن سنويا، ولكن انخفضت الكمية إلى 70 ألف طن خلال الستة أشهر الماضية من عام 2009 .

وأشار رئيس الإدارة المركزية للحجر البيطرى إلى أن هناك تراجعا من المستوردين أيضا بسبب انخفاض نسبة الاستهلاك المحلى، وقال إن هيئة الخدمات البيطرية كانت ترسل فى مثل هذا التوقيت من العام ما يزيد على 10 لجان إلى الدول الموردة لمصر، انخفضت إلى 3 لجان فقط.
ولفت ممدوح أن الفترة القادمة فى الاستهلاك ستكون للحيوانات الحية المستوردة وليس للحوم المذبوحة، خاصة مع الإقبال الشديد على اللحوم المستوردة من جيبوتى التى لاقت استحسان الكثيرين.

وأشار إلى أن هناك العديد من الحملات التى تنظمها وزارات الزراعة والصحة والتضامن، ووزارة الداخلية للتفتيش والرقابة وكشف أى مخالفات.

شائعات الخنازير تهدد بإغلاق 150 مصنعا للحوم المجمدة

أكد محمد وهبة رئيس شعبه القصابين بالغرفة التجارية بالقاهرة، على انخفاض حجم مبيعات اللحوم خلال الفترة الماضية بنسبة تراوحت ما بين 20% إلى 35% بسبب تخوف المواطنين من خلطها بلحم الخنازير.

وأضاف وهبة أنه على الرغم من انخفاض حجم المبيعات، إلا أن الأسعار لم تشهد أى انخفاض ومتوقع ارتفاعها خلال شهر رمضان لتصل إلى أكثر من 50 جنيها للكيلو.

وأشار وهبة إلى أن سعر كيلو الكندوز فى المناطق الشعبية يبدأ من 38 جنيها ويصل إلى 40 جنيها وفى المناطق الراقية يبدأ من 44 جنيها ويصل إلى 48 جنيها ويتراوح سعر البتلو من 30 جنيها إلى 60 جنيها.

شائعات خلط اللحوم البلدية بلحوم الخنازير لم يقتصر تأثيرها على بيع اللحوم فى محلات الجزارة فقط، بل أثرت أيضا على اللحوم المصنعة، وهو ما أكده الدكتور علاء رضوان رئيس شعبة اللحوم والدواجن والأسماك المستوردة وعضو المجلس التصديرى للصناعات الغذائية، موضحا هذه الشائعات التى يصعب تنفيذها فى مجال مصنعات اللحوم، التى تسببت فى حدوث ركود شديد فى تسويق الإنتاج بنسبة75%، بل إن بعض المصانع الكبرى شبه متوقفة، مما يهدد استثمارات تزيد عن35 مليار جنيه تشمل50 مصنعا كبيرا وأكثر من100 مصنع صغير تنتج اللحوم المصنعة كاللانشون والبيف والبسطرمة وأعداد العمالة فيها يزيد عن500 ألف عامل.

مشيرا إلى أن مصنعات اللحوم يحظر عليها استخدام اللحوم البلدية أو الطازجة، بل إن تراخيص إنشاء هذه المصانع ينص صراحة على استخدام اللحوم المستوردة ولها خاتم بنفسجى يختلف عن الخاتم الأحمر الذى يميز اللحوم البلدية.

انخفاض الطلب على مبيعات اللحوم أدى إلى ارتفاع أسعار بدائل البروتينات الأخرى كالدواجن والأسماك، والتى شهدت زيادة فى السعر وقت الأزمة وصلت إلى 25% انخفضت حاليا بسبب موسم الصيف وزيادة الثروة السمكية لتعود الأسعار كما كانت، وهو ما أكده أحمد جعفر رئيس شعبه الأسماك بالغرفة التجارية بالقاهرة، موضحا أن سعر كيلو البلطى يتراوح بين 12 جنيها إلى 16 جنيها والبورى من 18 جنيها وحتى 24 جنيها وكيلو سمك المكرونة 16 جنيها.

ومن جانبه أكد الدكتور سيد عبد العزيز رئيس شعبة الثروة الداجنة بالغرفة التجارية بالقاهرة، أن الأزمة تسببت فى زيادة أسعار الدواجن بنسبه طفيفة لا تتعدى 75 قرشا عن كل كيلو، موضحا أن سعر كيلو الدجاج البيضاء وصل حاليا لعشرة جنيهات ونصف فى المزرعة، مقابل 9 جنيهات وربع قبل الأزمة، وأضاف أن السعر فى السوق المحلية يتراوح بين 14 جنيها إلى 15 جنيها ونصف، موضحا أن السوق المحلية تتعرض لزيادة كبيرة فى كميات الدجاج المستورد من السعودية والأردن، والتى يصل سعر الكيلو منها إلى 14 جنيها ونصف.

ويشير عبد العزيز إلى أن قرارات حظر بيع الدواجن حية إذا لم تطبق بجدية سيؤدى القرار إلى ارتفاع سعر الدجاج فى السوق، نظرا لارتفاع قيمه الرشاوى والتى سيتحملها المستهلك فى النهاية.

ومن جانبه قال الدكتور أحمد إمام بالطب الوقائى بهيئة الخدمات البيطرية، إن تداول اللحوم فى مصر يشهد تراجعا، ولكن عملية الاستيراد كما هى بدليل أن هناك 833 رأس ماشية تم استيرادها مؤخرا من البرازيل لصالح شركه السخنة، وهى الآن فى مجزر السخنة لإعدادها للذبح.

وأشار إمام إلى أن عملية استيراد اللحوم المذبوحة من الهند والبرازيل والأرجنتين هى التى تنعش السوق المصرية للحوم وأنها أيضا أسهل، خاصة وأن لجان الفحص تظل هناك حتى شحن الرسائل بالكامل، ومن ناحية أخرى أكد مصدر مسئول بهيئة الخدمات البيطرية، أن عملية ذبح الخنازير التى قامت بها مصر أثرت بنسبة 30% على عملية الاستهلاك المحلى، وخاصة أن هناك حالة من القلق لدى المستهلكين، وهو ما أكده أيضا الدكتور يوسف ممدوح رئيس الإدارة المركزية للحجر البيطرى، مشيرا إلى أن هناك تراجعا فى الاستهلاك، خوفا من خلط اللحوم بلحوم الخنازير، والتى تم تخزينها بحالتها وستظل لمدة 6 شهور، وقال ممدوح إن اقتراب شهر رمضان يجعل المستوردين يقبلون على الاستيراد وبكميات كبيرة لتعويض العجز الذى تعانيه السوق المصرية و45% يتم تعويضها من الاستيراد من أمريكا الجنوبية والبرازيل.
