          Claim active and unpredictable new flu in Vietnam A (H1N1)

          December 30, 2009, 07:52 Hanoi, Dec 30 (Prensa Latina) Vietnam's health authority estimated unpredictable behavior of influenza A (H1N1) in the country, which today reported fatality number 53 for a total of 11 thousand 104 cases. According to Nguyen Hyu Nga, head of the Preventive Medicine Department, Ministry of Health, provide for the future development of the disease is difficult, despite showing signs of decline in recent days, he said.

          Nga said that about 96 percent of the tests performed were positive for the pathogen.

          Two infants from 34 in Thanh Hoa, and 36 months in Hanoi, respectively, preceded the last death, a man of 64 with hypertension in the northern province of **** Yen, with a picture of pneumonia complicated that tested positive for H1N1 virus on 25 December.

          The source said the government is considering a vaccination plan developed based on the supplies provided by the World Health Organization.

                TNO) As of December 10.2010, after 44 weeks from the date of A/H1N1 was announced, the country recorded 11,305 cases and 61 deaths associated with this disease.

                Dr. Le Hoang San, Vice Director of the Pasteur Institute in Ho Chi Minh City announced as today (17:11) at the reviews of the H1N1 influenza pandemic. In particular, the South has 7316 cases and 26 deaths related to influenza A/H1N1. From early 2010 to now, the country recorded 183 cases of H1N1 infection, of which 8 cases were fatal. Number of cases of influenza A/H1N1 in October focused on this, as many as 81 cases and one case of death.
                "People are often infected with influenza A/H1N1 pneumonia complications (accounting for 7.4% of cases), respiratory failure (4.1%). In addition, about 0.5% of cases of renal complications, "Dr. Nguyen Thanh School, Ho Chi Minh City Hospital for Tropical Diseases, said.
