DOT. SYTUACJI EPIDEMIOLOGICZNEJ GRYPY PANDEMICZNEJ A(H1N1)v
za okres 16 – 22 lutego 2010 r.

W okresie od dnia 16.02.2010 do 22.02.2010 zarejestrowano 13 345 zachorowań i podejrzeń zachorowań na grypę w Polsce1. Średnia zapadalność dzienna w tym okresie wyniosła 5,0 zachorowań na 100 000 ludności co oznacza spadek zapadalności o 4,9 % w stosunku do poprzedniego okresu sprawozdawczego (08 - 15.02.2010). Zapadalność wzrosła w 7 województwach, zaś spadek odnotowano w 9 województwach. Bieżący poziom zapadalności jest 8,8–krotnie niższy w stosunku do szczytu zachorowań (23 – 30.11.2009). W przypadkach zachorowań, które były diagnozowane laboratoryjnie dla celów klinicznych w 10,0 % badanych próbek potwierdzono grypę wywołaną wirusem A(H1N1)v 2.
Od wykrycia pierwszego przypadku zachorowania na grypę wywołaną wirusem A(H1N1)v w Polsce w dniu 06.05.2009 do końca okresu sprawozdawczego tj. 22.02.2010 zarejestrowano 179 zgonów u osób zakażonych wirusem grypy A(H1N1)v.
