The health secretary in the state, Alfredo Arango Garcia, confirmed the death of a woman, 42 years old, because of human influenza virus, which added the second death from the disease this year.
In an interview, the state official said the woman had her home in Tlaxcala, but was moved to the city of Puebla where she received medical attention at the IMSS, but due to the lateness of the disease, could not be saved despite medical treatment.
He explained that with this death, total 22 deaths confirmed in the state of Puebla since it became known outbreak of influenza virus A (H1N1), originated in April 2009.
