No specimens tested positive for influenza
As of May 27, 2011, no specimens were submitted to the Alabama Bureau of Clinical Laboratories (BCL) in the last three weeks that have tested positive for influenza.
The majority of influenza specimens among hospitalized patients were received in January 2011. No pediatric influenza-associated deaths have been reported to date.
