Daiichi Sankyo to launch vaccine JV with GSK in Japan

TOKYO (Kyodo) -- Daiichi Sankyo Co. and the Japanese unit of Britain's GlaxoSmithKline plc said Friday they have signed an agreement to establish a vaccine development and sales joint venture in Japan.

Tokyo, March 2 (Jiji Press)--Daiichi Sankyo Co. <4568> and GlaxoSmithKline K.K. said Friday they will set up a joint venture to develop and sell vaccines in Japan.
