Bulletin Highlights:
Lin 62(M), from Shanghai, retired. Onset 1st April 2013, Febrile (temperature 39 ℃), visited City First People's Hospital North hospital, Dx-URTI ..Not relived with treatment. Lin on the 5th April 2013 again visited First Municipal People's Hospital, North Hospital for treatment, Dx pneumonia. 8 April 2013 pm, Shanghai Municipal Centre for Disease Control test results for the H7N9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid positive. Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission organized municipal clinical expert group confirmed diagnosis of human infection of H7N9 avian influenza. Lin is stable, but in active treatment. 5 close contacts of the cases until now, were not unusual.
Wang, 77(M), from Shanghai, retired. Onset 3 April 2013 C/O body aches, fever, visited Putuo District People's Hospital for treatment, Dx URTI . 7 April 2013, the patient went to the Jing'an District Central Hospital for treatment, Dx L pneumonia. 9 April 2013 am, Shanghai Municipal Centre for Disease Control test results for the H7N9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid positive. The Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission organized municipal clinical expert group confirmed diagnosis of human infection of H7N9 avian influenza. Wang is medically stable, but in active treatment. 5 close contacts of the cases until now, were not unusual.
