        The current season grypowy is characterised by greater maturity to influenza than this took place in the past 5 years. But it is not heavier than a few previous seasons which occurred in the past 20 years.



        In January recorded: 558 162 cases and cases of suspected disease incidence of influenza. The highest of the daily maturity it was found in the third week January, and in the next two weeks there has been decreases maturity. Despite decreasing trend maturity to influenza still remains at a high level.



        Disease to influenza does not spread over the territory of Poland evenly. The highest maturity in the season epidemicznym 2012/13 shall be recorded in the voivodeship pomorski and in the Central Western part of Poland.

        In this season epidemicznym reported deaths because of influenza. Most were in the period from 16 to 22 January. Currently, together with a decline in number disease, number of deaths falls.


        Among laboratory confirmed cases are dominated by influenza A diagnosis (circulation), which it was found 186.
        Cases infections influenza A viruses without specifications subtypes and only 3 it was found 88 cases in which avian influenza A/H3 subtype, which on pandemic before that occurred in season 2009/2010.


        As noted above, despite the fall in maturity sick number is still high.
        It should be borne in mind that grypowy season not yet been completed and continue to be recommended to use of preventive measures by individuals, but also very important is responsible at titude employers.
