I have a question about how a 2 year old in Jeddah became ill with novel coronavirus. Is this another nosocomial infection since this child reportedly suffers from a chronic lung disease?

This is a news account from an informed source. WHO and the MoH have never identified this person as a health care worker.

He could be a health care worker, but he has never been officially identified as one.
