Here are the graphs for Week 5 from Kansas. ILI percent is climbing steadily, but the number of samples tested dropped from 31 in Week 4 to 13 in Week 5, so it's difficult to tell which strain is causing the increased ILI. The percent positive is also increasing:
The only information on the Kansas weekly update that has Week 7 data is the isolates chart. It appears that pH1N1 is increasing in both numbers and proportion to other strains.
