    Boyolali, CyberNews. Citra Aprilda (9) dipastikan tidak terinfeksi virus avian influenza atau flu burung. Kepastian itu dikemukakan Kepala Dinas Kesehatan dan Sosial Boyolali dr Syamsudin MKes, Rabu (5/3) berdasarkan hasil investigasi dan observasi yang dilakukan petugas Puskesmas Teras dan DKS.

    ''Juga hasil pemantauan selama di RS Dr Moewardi Solo tempat pasien dirawat. Hal itu didasarkan pada tidak adanya kontak unggas sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh keluarganya,'' katanya.

    Meski demikian, pihaknya tetap melakukan monitoring terhadap warga yang berada di wilayah tersebut. Langkah itu dilakukan terutama terhadap warga yang mengalami flu dan demam. Bila memang penyakit yang diderita itu tidak segera sembuh diminta agar segera memeriksakan ke Puskesmas atau rumah sakit terdekat.

    ''Kami terus meningkatkan monitoring terhadap seluruh warga, terutama warga yang demam dan flu. Kami juga masih memiliki persediaan tamiflu dalam jumlah yang cukup.''

    Terpisah, Kepala Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Boyolali, drh Dwi Priatmoko menyatakan dalam tahun 2008 ini, pihaknya telah menyiapkan sebanyak 1,15 juta vaksin anti avian influenza. Vaksin tersebut diperuntukkan menunjang kegiatan vaksinasi seluruh unggas di 19 kecamatan se-Boyolali. Pengadaan vaksin ditunjang anggaran dari APBD.

    Dijelaskan, vaksinasi telah dilakukan sejak awal Februari lalu. Diharapkan vaksinasi itu bisa segera tuntas. Pihaknya juga melakukan pelatihan terhadap vaksinator atau petugas vaksinasi. Rencananya, vaksinator akan ditempatkan di semua RW untuk memudahkan jangkauan tugas pelayanan. ''Dengan adanya vaksinator di tiap RW itu akan memudahkan proses vaksinasi unggas, terutama yang berada di sektor empat atau unggas yang dilepas dan dibiarkan berkeliaran di lingkungan warga. Selama ini kami memang masih kekurangan tenaga vaksinator.''

    Dengan adanya penambahan tenaga vaksinator tersebut, lanjut dia, rencana vaksinasi sebanyak dua kali dalam setahun terhadap unggas sektor empat bisa diselesaikan. Kendala lain, masih kurangnya kesadaran pemilik unggas terhadap kegiatan vaksinasi. Mereka khawatir vaksinasi justru berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan unggas. Untuk mengantisipasinya, dia mengaku akan meningkatkan sosialisasi.

    Disinggung tentang vaksinasi di Dukuh Balangan, Desa Randusari, Teras dimana salah satu warganya dicurigai suspect AI, Dwi menjelaskan sudah tuntas. ''Seluruh unggas yang ada di wilayah itu sudah mendapatkan vaksinasi. Bisa dikatakan telah dilakukan 100 persen sehingga, kemungkinan adanya penyebaran virus itu memang sangat kecil,'' tegasnya.

They were hospitalized for about one month. They were dischaged from the hospital on February 28, 2008 after the laboratory research showed negative H5N1 result for the last 3 days. During in isolation room, they were treated and monitored closely. All costs of treatment were covered by the Indonesian government (MOH).

            APP, a 16 year old boy from Sragen, Central Java Province is confirmed to be infected by H5N1 virus based on the test results from the Health Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Health and Eijkman Institute in Jakarta. He experienced onset of illness with symptoms of fever, breathing difficulties, coughing on February 03 2008 and was treated by a midwife in Soka Village.

            On February 7 2008, APP went to check at Brayat Minulyo Solo Hospital. He was then referred to dr. Moewardi Hospital in Solo on February 9 2008. APP died on February 10 2008.

            Before he became sick, 5 chickens belong to him and his neighbours died and APP culled the remaining sick chickens.

                  Bandung (ANTARA News) - Abay Supandi (42) warga Kampung Nyingkir RT 02/15, Desa Cigugur, Kecamatan Parongpong, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Jabar, masuk menjadi pasien `suspect` flu burung ke-115 di Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin (RSHS) Bandung.

                  Keterangan yang dihimpun di RSHS, Bandung, Kamis, menyebutkan, pasien itu masuk rumah sakit pada Rabu (5/3) sekitar pukul 15.00 WIB setelah mengalami panas dan sesak napas disertai batuk yang diduga ada indikasi flu burung.

                  Korban langsung masuk ke ruang isolasi Flamboyan yang kemudian ditangani layaknya pasien flu burung lainnya dengan diberi pil Tamiflu dua kali sehari.

                  Istri korban, Ny Oom (25) yang ditemui di RSHS Bandung, Kamis, mengatakan, sehari sebelumnya suaminya sempat mengalami panas tinggi, sesak napas dan batuk, setelah sebelumnya sempat kontak dengan unggas yang mati milik tetangganya.

                  "Beberapa hari lalu ada 11 ayam tetangga mati. Mungkin ada kontak, suami saya kemudian mengalami panas badan yang tidak turun- turun, batuk dan disertai sesak napas seperti gejala flu burung," katanya.

                  Menurut Ny Oom (25) sebelumnya suaminya sehat-sehat saja, tapi dalam empat hari terakhir ada ayam tetangga mati berantai sebanyak 11 ekor yang lokasinya radius sekitar 10 sampai 25 meter dari rumahnya.

                  "Karena panasnya tidak turun, suami saya sempat dibawa ke Puskesmas Ciwaruga pukul 08.30 Rabu, karena indikasi mengarah gejala suspect flu burung, kemudian oleh pihak Puskesmas dirujuk ke RS Hasan Sadikin Bandung," katanya

                  Sementara itu anggota tim penanggulangan flu burung RSHS Bandung, Dr Primal Sujana, mengatakan, korban Abay Supandi merupakan pasien `suspect` flu burung ke-115 yang masuk RS Hasan Sadikin Bandung.

                  "Pasien Abay akan ditangani secara intensif dengan diberikan pil Tamiflu dua kali sehari selama seminggu, sambil menunggu cek darah di laboratorium," katanya.(*)

                      Bandung - Kembali RS Hasan Sadikin (RSHS) merawat pasien suspect flu burung ke 112. Abay Supandi (42), warga Kampung Nyingkir, RT 2 RW 15 Desa Cigugur Girang, Kecamatan Parongpong, Kabupaten Bandung Barat dirawat di ruang isolasi Flamboyan sejak Rabu siang (5/3/2008).

                      Menurut istri Abay, Oom Nurhasanah (25), pada Selasa malam pukul 20.00 (4/3/2008), suaminya mengalami sesak napas disertai demam tinggi. "Suami saya juga batuk-batuk dan mengeluh kalau tulang-tulangnya sakit dan lemas. Tenggorokannya juga sakit," tuturnya di RSHS, Jl Pasteur, Kamis (6/3/2008).
