      On 17 May, Jiangxi people infected with H7N9 bird flu Xiong cured, Jiangxi 3 cases of human infection of H7N9 avian influenza patients with rehabilitation.

      Patient Xiong, female, 76 years old, because of cough, sputum, fever and other symptoms, to Jiangxi Province Chest Hospital on 25 April hospitalization, 26 provincial expert group diagnosis of human infection of H7N9 avian influenza confirmed cases diagnosed as severe pneumonia with respiratory failure, hypertension III very high risk.

      Patients admitted to hospital in critical condition, shortness of breath, oxygen saturation continued to decline accompanied by irritability, and respiratory distress syndrome. Province expert consultation, implementation of endotracheal intubation for patients, anti-infective, anti-shock and other life-saving treatment measures has won valuable time to save the lives of patients. During the treatment, the provincial expert group and the Provincial Chest Hospital medical staff 24- hour duty system, close observation of the patient's condition, timely adjustment of ventilator parameters and treatment programs; Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, timely deployment of breathing machines and other equipment, the entire medical staff is deployed involved in the rescue work. By expert scientific at all levels, effective and powerful treatment, the patient turned the corner, the condition gradually improved. On 12 May, the patient from the ventilator, switch to low-flow nasal cannula oxygen, after close observation, oxygen saturation and vital signs were stable.

      On 17 May, after repeated review of patients infected with the H7N9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid were negative in patients with stable vital signs, clinical symptoms, no obvious discomfort. By provincial expert consultation, the patients met the discharge criteria developed by the National Health and Family Planning Commission, shall be permitted for discharge.

      At present, Jiangxi there are two cases of human infection of H7N9 avian influenza patients in the hospital active treatment.
