Passages aux urgences et hospitalisations pour grippe
Le nombre d’hôpitaux du réseau Oscour® participant à la surveillance de la grippe pour la saison
2012-13 est de 380 établissements en France métropolitaine au 1er octobre 2012. Ces hôpitaux
représentent 64% de l’ensemble des passages aux urgences en France métropolitaine.
En semaine 46/2012, ils ont rapporté 201 passages pour grippe aux urgences, dont 16 hospitalisations.
Ces effectifs correspondent au niveau de base habituellement observé à cette époque
de l’année.
> Surveillance des cas graves de grippe admis en réanimation
Depuis le 1er novembre 2012, date de reprise de la surveillance , six cas graves ont été signalés
: 1 en région Nord ,2 en Bourgogne-Franche-Comté et 3 en Ile-de-France.
Ils concernaient tous des infections liées au virus grippal A : 2 A(H1N1)pdm09, 1 A(H3N2) et
3 virus A non sous-typés.
Les âges variaient de 0 à 83 ans. Des facteurs de risque de grippe compliquée étaient présents
chez 3 des 6 patients ; le statut vaccinal n’était connu que pour un seul d’entre eux qui n’était pas
vacciné.
Aucun décès n’est à déplorer m ais un de ces cas grave, sans facteur de risque et infecté par le
virus A(H1N1)pdm09 doit subir une pneumectomie totale suite à une surinfection nécrosante à
Staphylocoque Doré.
