Chilpancingo, December 29 .- The head of the Office of the State Health Secretariat, Ruben Padilla Fierro, reported that the first batch of vaccines against influenza A (H1N1), has hardly been applied to 71 percent.
In an interview, recalled that during the first week of December, in the first wave arrived in Guerrero 15 thousand 400
vaccines. On December 24 came the second consignment of 41 thousand 500 biology, to extend its application to the population considered as vulnerable.
He noted that it was difficult to accept the application of the vaccine by people considered vulnerable, including diabetes patients with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), malnutrition, pregnant women, seniors and children.
He said that the first consignment of 15 thousand 400 vaccines, have barely been touched 71 per cent within the population resistant to the vaccine, is the staff of the Ministry of Health.
