    A dead bird [swan?] found at Elli?avatn on April 8 has tested negative for H5N1.

    Do we know whether or not this bird was tested properly?In view of sample stuff-ups reported in The UK and India,I wonder.

      Any country in Europe or the Middle East (and much oif Africa) that has not detected H5N1 by now has some serious surveillance issus.
