It is okay. For the beginning, I would like to inform you I am not a business person and am not 26 years old.

I am a 21 years of old and a student in one of the universities in Melbourne, Australia, instead of being a tourist.



The chronology:

June 9: I boarded a plane SQ228, seated on row 47 and arrived in Singapore at 10pm

I went home by MRT, taken from the airport and disembarked at Orchard MRT station.

from there I took a bus to home. Since I felt very tired, I went sleep quite early that time (for me).

June 10: When I woke up in the morning, I did not feel good and my sister asked me whether I got the virus. She described all the symptoms and in my mind I ticked all of them. Actually, I had fever at the night because felt very cold and shivering (maksud: menggigil). Then my sister and my mom brought me to the local clinic and found out my temperature was 37.6, the doctor said he would call the ambulance if my temperature was 38. So, he recommended my sister to closely monitor my temperature. Once it got 38, must call the ambulance to the CDC building at Tan Toc Seng Hospital, which is chosen by the Ministry of Health (MoH) of Singapore.

June 11: My sister wanted me to be sent to CDC center, so I can be further examined whether I had the virus in my body. That time I didn?t feel I got fever because I did not feel cold like I used to on the previous days, but the thermometer shown my temperature went up and down. This is one of the swine virus symtmps. I accepted her decision, so she called the ambulance. That morning the ambulance brought me to the CDC centre, which specially dealing for swine flu case. In the evening, I was taken to the ward in the CDC building (ward 82/8). Then, two doctors (possibly from MoH) called me asking for chronology and my identity, my name, my purpose in Singapore and what I do in Melbourne. Both asked the same things, maybe to checked if I told the truth.

After spending some days there, I was moved to ward 86/10 (sharing rooms) because my current place will be used for the new patients, I mean the whole floor. I spent only 1 day in my new ward.

June 16, I have been granted a discharge letter by the doctor who is in charge. I am one of the fastest to recover because the other rooms were still filled with patients while a few was empty.

That time, I was the only Indonesian victim who is confirmed by the MoH.

The huge possibility when and where I got the virus is on 9th of June in the aircraft where there was a Indian family coughing and sneezing like hell, so did the person (Australian, about 60 years old) next to me. I wanted to move, but there was no available seat.
