SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - The Utah Department of Health is reporting the 18th swine flu-related death in the state.
A health department spokeswoman says the death happened in the two weeks since the department's last report.
The department also says there have been 302 hospitalized cases of swine flu.
The influenza-like illness rates in Utah for the last week are below the epidemic threshold and indicators suggest the spring outbreak has declined in Utah.
The state's first swine flu-related death was reported in May.
