كشف الدكتور عبد العزيز السيد رئيس شعبة الثروة الداجنة بالغرفة التجارية، عن تشكيل الشعبة للجنة فنية مشتركة بالتعاون مع محافظة القاهرة ومديرية الطب البيطرى بالمحافظة لفحص المجازر الخمسة التى صدر بشأنها قرار إغلاق قبل شهرين لسوء حالتها فى محاولة لإعادة فتحها مرة أخرى.

وأكد عبد العزيز، أن شعبة الدواجن تقوم حالياً بالمرور على جميع المجازر الواقعة بمحافظة القاهرة لمراجعة الاشتراطات الصحية الموجودة بها، إضافة إلى إرشاد أصحابها إلى الطرق السليمة فى عملية الذبح والتنظيف، حتى لا تتعرض هذه المجازر للإغلاق.

وأضاف د.عبد العزيز، أن شعبة الدواجن قد أرسلت مذكرتين إلى محافظة القاهرة لإعادة النظر فى قرار الإيقاف الصادر بشأن 5 مجازر بها مع وعد بحل الأزمة.

وأضاف عبد العزيز، أن محافظة القاهرة قد أرسلت مذكرة عاجلة إلى مديرية الطب البيطرى بالقاهرة لإعادة النظر فى القرار ولكنها حتى الآن لم تنفذ ما طلبته المحافظة لإنقاذ 4 آلاف عامل بهذه المجازر.

وقال عبد العزيز، إن الخسائر من إغلاق المجازر لا يكون فى حجم استثمارات صناعة الدواجن والمقدر بـ20 مليار جنيه فقط، لكن أيضاً فى تشريد العاملين بها وزيادة عدد البطالة.

وأضاف، أن الشعبة طلبت من وزارة الزراعة وتنفيذاً لقرار نقل هذه المجازر خارج الكتلة السكنية مساحة 10 أفدنة لنقل هذه المجازر، لكن وزارة الزراعة لم توفر هذا البديل حتى الآن على الرغم من عرض الغرفة على الوزارة تنفيذ هذا المشروع بالجهود الذاتية، وقال: "عرضنا على وزارة الزراعة شراء هذه المساحة لنقل المجازر ولكنها لم ترد".

أصدر محافظ القاهرة د.عبد العظيم وزير اليوم الأربعاء، عددا من القرارات الخاصة بحماية المواطنين من السلع مجهولة المنشأ والقضاء على تراكمات القمامة بين قضبان السكة الحديدية وتنظيم وتقليل الكثافة المرورية فى بعض المناطق الأكثر ازدحاما فى بعض مناطق القاهرة، وتكليف الإدارات المسئولة فى المحافظة ورؤساء الأحياء بمتابعة تنفيذ هذه القرارات.

وأعلن وزير عن غلق 10 مجازر لمخالفتها الاشتراطات البيئية والصحية وقيامها بإدخال دواجن من خارج المحافظة مجهولة المصدر، منها 4 مجازر بحى دار السلام ومجزران بكل من حى عين شمس والمطرية ومجزر بمصر القديمة ومجزر واحد بحى السيدة زينب.

وطالب وزير اللواء أسامة بدير مدير إدارة شرطة المرافق رفع كافة السيارات المهملة من الشوارع وتجميعها فى الأماكن المخصصة لذلك ويمكن لصاحبها أن يستردها بعد دفع نفقات رفعها من الشارع ونفقات التحفظ عليها. وقرر المحافظ منع الانتظار بشارع مجلس الشعب من لاظوغلى وحتى قصر العينى وأنه سيتم فتح شارع الفلكى.

اعتصم اليوم الاثنين أكثر من 300 فرد من أصحاب المجازر أمام مقر الغرف التجارية بالقاهرة، للتضرر من قرار عبد العظيم وزير محافظ القاهرة إغلاق جميع المجازر فى سبتمبر الماضى.

ووجه أصحاب المجازر دعوة إلى محافظ القاهرة أو من ينوب عنه لحضور اجتماع شعبة الدواجن للرد على مطالب أصحاب المجازر، ولكنه لم يحضر، وطالب أصحاب المجازر شعبة الدواجن برفع مذكرة إلى رئيس الجمهورية ورشيد محمد رشيد وزير التجارة والصناعة ووزير التنمية المحلية ووجيه أباظة وزير الزراعة للتظلم من قرار محافظ القاهرة.
