قرر الدكتور عبد العظيم وزير محافظ القاهرة إيقاف مدير مدرسة "باحثة البادية الابتدائية" وإحالته للتحقيق، وتعيين مدير آخر للمدرسة، مع توقيع جزاءات على مسئول النظافة بالمدرسة، وذلك للتقصير الشديد فى إتباع الإجراءات والقواعد المعمول بها لنظافة وصيانة المدرسة داخلياً.

جاء هذا بعد تلقيه تقرير لجنة المتابعة المشكلة لكل منطقة وتضم عناصر من مكتب نائب المحافظ للمنطقة المختصة، والمتابعة الميدانية، ومديرية التربية والتعليم، ومديرية الشئون الصحية، حيث أشار التقرير إلى سوء حالة دورات المياه بالمدرسة وعدم إتباعهم الإجراءت الوقائية المتبعة لتجنب الإصابة بفيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير.
