Note the bold and red numbers. Apparently, they have been able to confirm 202 of the 501 fatalities so far, but note that only 304 of the 501 fatal cases were even tested.
The other 102 tests that returned negative results were likely either seasonal flu deaths, or false negatives (like elsewhere in the world) due to late/shallow testing.
Also note that the numbers hospitalized don't add up. I suspect the current number hospitalized was obtained by susptracting the discharges from the hospitalizations (and making an error by 1,000 too), but forgets the fact that 501 of the cases are dead and no longer hospitalized.
