    In two regions of Siberia, doctors found traces of bird flu. Antibodies to the H5N1 virus were detected in two samples from wild migratory birds in the Novosibirsk region, as well as in the Mikhailovsky district of the Altai Territory.

    "Previously, the presence of antibodies to the virus were detected in 11 wild migratory birds in the three districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory," - told representatives of the press service of the territorial government Rosselkhoznadzor in the Novosibirsk region.

    The H5N1 virus began to spread around the world since 2003. According to the World Health Organization, since the world had registered 413 cases of bird flu in humans, including 256 - lethal. In particular, 38 human cases of avian flu reported in China, of which 25 have been fatal.
