The %ILI in >5 to <50 yrs increased sharply in the past three weeks.
pH1N1 is persisting along with some flu B and H3N2. If we assume that the AH1 unsubtyped is pH1N1 and that some of the Type A unk is pH1N1, then it could become the dominant strain over the next few weeks. It's not stated in the summary how many postive tests were received or what the percent positive tests is relative to all tests conducted. This chart is odd in that it shows relative percentages of different strains from all positive tests. I would assume that with increasing %ILI that more samples are tested and there is a higher %positive.
