          Influenza-like illness and acute respiratory illness were slightly increased compared to the previous week at 0.4% and 2.4% of patient visits, respectively.
          ? Pneumonia and influenza-related deaths accounted for 7.3% of deaths, which was below the epidemic threshold of 10.9% for week 44.
          ? Twelve new respiratory specimens were submitted for laboratory testing during week 44 and one was positive for influenza A (H3N2); eleven were negative.
