BALTIMORE -- Maryland Health Department officials said they've seen a spike in flu cases over the past few weeks.
"Unlike last year when it was mostly all H1N1, this year we have a mix, but H1N1 hasn't left us. It's still here, and it still poses a pretty serious threat to some people," said Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Deputy Secretary Fran Phillips.
Patient First in Lutherville reported seeing about five to 10 cases per day recently.
