    Average daily incidence (per 100 thousand. Population) according to weekly / fortnightly reports during the season 2010/11, compared with seasons 2006 / 7 - 2009/10




    The full report indicates that 642 people were hospitalized in Poland for the week Feb 1-7.

    24 fatalities were recorded this week. All but 1 were in the 15-64 age group.

    ILI continued to rise for all age groups with 0-4 showing the highest incidence followed by 5-14. Lowest was 65+.

      679 hospitalizations and 15 fatalities occurred this week.
      All but two of the fatalities were aged under 65.
      ILI levels dropped slightly in all age groups.

        365 hospitalizations and 11 fatalities occurred this week.
        All but three of the fatalities were aged under 65.
        ILI levels remained flat for 0-4 and 15-64 age groups, slightly higher for 5-14 and 65+

        18 AH1N1, 2 A, and 13 B samples were reported this week.
