Pekanbaru (RP) - Because the neighbouring chicken died suddenly, Iqbal D (3.5) was suspected of suffering the bird flu illness when he the high fever. This was confirmed by Dr Azisman Saad that handled this patient in RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. The sample of the patient's blood has been taken and verified to the laboratory in Jakarta. "This patient still suspect bird flu yes. We have taken all the samples including the sample of his blood to be sent to Jakarta," said Azisman.
The assumption of bird flu was caused by the existence of the chicken to die suddenly around casualties's house that only be at a distance 65 metre. Said by Azisman the temperature of the patient's body was indeed tall and the condition for his leucocytes blood 6,000 and trombosit him 80,000 when being checked last.
