The Integrated Disease Surveillance Project maintains a rolling 3-day disease report page. Many of these reports never make it to the weekly reports for whatever reason. Since the report page is constantly rolling over, these reports are then lost. While it would be a tall task to gather all of the reports, I've decided to collate some of what I think are the more important/interesting/fatal reports in this thread for two main reasons;
1. The 3-day reports give a much more immediate picture of outbreaks in India, and 2. I think a record of these outbreaks needs to be kept.
The Information as Published is often a little jumbled, but can be sorted into the following format;
State/ District/ Disease/Syndrome
/Area Affected(Block, PHC, Sub-center, Village /No of Cases /No of Deaths /Date of Outbreak /Date of Reporting(year/month/date/time) /Population of Affected Area /Salient epidemiological observations /Lab results /Control measures undertaken /Current Status /Any other information
