Preparing to launch an eye high in the sky to help monitor climate changes, the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) unveiled its Shizuku satellite on Jan. 10 at the Tsukuba Space Center in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture.
