The Centre for Health Protection has received notification of two cases which fulfilled the reporting criteria of suspected human cases of Influenza A (H7), and four cases which did not fulfil the reporting criteria from noon yesterday to noon today.
This brings the total number of notifications since March 31, of cases which fulfilled the reporting criteria of suspected human cases of Influenza A (H7) to eight, and the total number of notifications which did not fulfil the reporting criteria to 14.
No confirmed human cases of Influenza A (H7N9) have been recorded so far.
