    China -First Family Cluster of H7N9 Identified

    Today Shanghai officials identified a 56-year-old who is infected with H7N9. His wife, a confirmed H7N9 case, died on April 3, 2013.

    With 7 days separating symptom onset between the couple, it doesn't seem likely that they were infected by the same source. It's not proof of H2H transmission, but it is certainly is strong circumstantial evidence.
