    The official Ministry of Health page for the "Corona virus" includes a small map that shows the location of confirmed cases.

    An article from Slab News, dated May 21, identifies the areas that have had confirmed cases:

    "...Have been recorded cases of HIV infection in the eastern region in Dammam and Al Ahsa, have been registered as other cases in Qassim, Riyadh (center) and Bisha in the south-west."

    For reference, using the map below: Dammam and Al Ahsa are in the Eastern Region (#9); Riyadh is in the central area of the country #8); Qassim province is just northwest of the Riyadh province #6); and Bisha is in the southwestern province of Asir (#11).
