"Isolated outside the hospital" sounds odd to me too. Hopefully, confused initial reports that will soon become clearer.

Seems to be the original source of the outside isolation

I believe this is more if an urgent care facility than an actual hospital

              The 111 Grossman Drive location:

The Braintree practice of Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates has been caring for residents of Braintree, Weymouth, Randolph, Quincy, and other nearby cities and towns since 1983. The office is conveniently located off of the Union Street exit of Route 3 and an easy walk from the Braintree T stop.

Our Braintree practice provides primary care for adults and children and a full range of medical and surgical specialty care. Our preferred hospital partners include South Shore Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Milton, and Boston Children’s Hospital.
              (added)
              Braintree Hours of Operation

Our building is open from 7:30am – 7:30pm during the week (6:00pm on Fridays).
              So...definately not a 24/7 hospital

Zanca toldThe Boston Heraldthat the urgent care offices on Grossman Drive were evacuated after the patient turned up at 1:30 p.m. Sunday with a headache.

John Monahan of Fox 25 reports that the patient had recently traveled to Liberia, and came to the facility to refill a prescription. He then reportedly returned to his car before clinic staff ran out after him to prevent him from leaving.

A patient who had been to Liberia presented himself today at the Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates Braintree practice complaining of headache and muscle aches. Out of an abundance of caution we immediately notified authorities and the patient was securely removed from the building and put into an ambulance now headed to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. The building was closed briefly but has now re-opened. We are working closely with the Department of Public Health who will determine next steps.

Looking at the "gallery" with the story, that man apears to be the ambulance driver. So maybe he hasn't YET come into contact with the patient.
