LES R?SIDANTS TOBA ATTAQU?S PAR UNE MALADIE IRRITANTE

En ?tant r?uni en Metro TV, mardi (11/8), le r?sidant s'est dirig? ? cette maladie r?sultant de la pollution et de la perte de l'usine de pulpe de la pulpe Lestari (TPL) de pinte Toba qui a ?t? exil?e au fleuve.
D?j? pendant deux mois plus tard cette maladie a attaqu? le r?sidant. Au d?but sur les mains et l'estomac ont ?merg? beaucoup de taches rouges. Apr?s cette tache rouge est devenue de petits scabies qui suppurated comme tr?s irritant. Cette maladie a attaqu? des centaines de r?sidants particuli?rement l'enfant et le bas enfant cinq ans.
Sur cet incident, le r?sidant a exig? le TPL d?grossissent a remplac? la perte qui a ?t? ?prouv?e par eux. Le r?sidant a alors invit? le c?t? de TPL afin de donner la compensation a pris ? la forme d'argent de RP 1 million chaque fois par trimestre ? tout r?sidant pour le co?t de sant?. Si n'?tant pas rempli, le r?sidant a menac? de tenir l'action ? grande ?chelle.
R?pondu ? ceci, les TPL d?grossissent ont ni? leur perte sont devenus sa cause. Ils ont pr?tendu ?tre la perte ?taient dans le seuil amdal ou l'impact de l'environnement qui a ?t? d?termin? par le gouvernement. Cependant TPL a ?t? pr?par? pour donner le traitement m?dical libre au r?sidant en apportant le docteur de sp?cialiste de la maladie de peau dedans analyser cette maladie. (**)

Metrotvnews.com, Toba Samosir: Hundreds Of villagers Siruar, Kecamatan Parmaksian Porsea, of Kabupaten Toba Samosir, North Sumatra, were attacked by the itchy illness. When being met by Metro TV, on Tuesday (11/8), the resident pointed at this illness resulting from pollution and the waste of the pulp factory of PT Toba Pulp Lestari (TPL) that was exiled to the river.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
Already two months later this illness attacked the resident. At first on the hands and the stomach emerged many red spots. Afterwards this red spot became small scabies that suppurated as well as very itchy. This illness attacked hundreds of residents especially the child and the low child five years.<o:p></o:p>
On this incident, the resident demanded the TPL side replaced the loss that was experienced by them. The resident then urged the TPL side in order to give compensation took the form of money of Rp 1 million every time quarterly to all the resident for the health cost. If being not filled, the resident threatened to hold the large-scale action.<o:p></o:p>
Responded to this, the TPL side denied their waste became his cause. They claimed to be the waste was in the threshold amdal or the impact of the environment that was determined by the government. However TPL was prepared to give free medical treatment to the resident by bringing the specialist doctor of the skin illness in to analyse this illness. (**)<o:p></o:p>

Metrotvnews.com, Toba Samosir: Ratusan warga Desa Siruar, Kecamatan Parmaksian Porsea, Kabupaten Toba Samosir, Sumatra utara, terserang penyakit gatal. Saat ditemui Metro TV, Selasa (11/8), warga menuding penyakit tersebut akibat polusi dan limbah pabrik bubur kertas PT Toba Pulp Lestari (TPL) yang dibuang ke sungai.
Sudah dua bulan belakangan penyakit ini menyerang warga. Mulanya di tangan dan perut muncul banyak bintik merah. Kemudian bintik merah tersebut menjadi kudis kecil yang bernanah serta sangat gatal. Penyakit ini menyerang ratusan warga terutama anak dan bocah bawah lima tahun.
Atas kejadian tersebut, warga menuntut pihak TPL mengganti kerugian yang dialami mereka. Warga pun mendesak pihak TPL agar memberikan kompensasi berupa uang sebesar Rp 1 juta setiap triwulan kepada seluruh warga untuk biaya kesehatan. Jika tidak dipenuhi, warga mengancam akan menggelar aksi besar-besaran.
Menanggapi hal ini, pihak TPL membantah limbah mereka menjadi penyebabnya. Mereka mengaku limbah berada di ambang batas amdal atau dampak lingkungan yang telah ditentukan pemerintah. Namun TPL bersedia memberikan pengobatan gratis pada warga dengan mendatangkan dokter spesialis penyakit kulit untuk menganalisa penyakit tersebut.(**)
