This section of New York City's Plan identifies psychological issues that will need to be addressed specific to pandemics.

It does break down issues according to the WHO alert levels (looks like old WHO alert levels). Identifies issues: stigmatization of the sick/ support for those in isolation or quarantine/ issues related to restriction of freedom to mourn/ the need to be culturally sensitive/ including issues related to burial// need for basic info fact sheets on anxiety/ resource connections/ support for families of first and second responders/ also hotline for English/ Spanish/ Chinese/ TTY. The link works fine. The section on "Current Status of Resources" is very specific and serves as a template for other local groups for self assessment. We will share with the local Medical Reserve Corps. Thanks.
