35 cases of typhoid fever in Annaba, including 19 hospitalizations
The DSP is categorical: "No deaths related to this disease"

Typhoid fever, which first appeared on July 7 at the populous district of Sidi-Salem, made no deaths. This was announced by the Director of Public Health (DSP) of Annaba. However, a young 27 year old who suffered symptoms of typhoid fever died, but says it medical sources, for a different reason, namely a congenital anemia worsened.
It notes, however, that the list of people continues to grow since the beginning of the infection. A total of 35 people affected by typhoid fever, 19 of which were identified in hospital until yesterday.
Still according to the sources, 9 of them left the hospital, while 10 (4 men and 6 women) are always kept under medical supervision. This, while 22 other cases are being confirmed. Furthermore, we learn from reliable sources that the Minister of Health, Population and Hospital Reform, Djamel Ould Abbes, sent for the occasion a commission of inquiry following the direction of prevention at the central level that ministry.
